For the sake of clarity, The Website includes any public or password protected areas of the site or its subdomains, web services connecting to any of the databases of FundConnect, including any access to portals or FTP servers. PRIIPsHub is an initiative created by the European Fund Data Infrastructure, FundConnect A/S. The main purpose of PRIIPsHub is to provide access to information to its registered users, who receive access to Data via a password protected access points, including portal access, web services or via FTP servers.

When you use the service of this Website you agree that it is at your own risk, acknowledge that the service is provided “as is” and “as available” and that FundConnect A/S is not liable for any of the content or any further use of the content, including the accuracy of the Data. All information contained within any of the solutions supported as part of the PRIIPsHub concept is offered without warranty of any kind. The Data, Information and Portal Content of the Website is solely based on information provided by the Participating Members, who are the manufacturers of financial products or their appointed data delivery agents, who have elected to provide Data to FundConnect.

The aim is to ensure the correctness of the Data or any other content, which is maintained by the Participating Members. However, FundConnect A/S cannot assume any explicit nor implicit liability in respect of the correctness, fullness, reliability and update of the Data supplied on the Website or linked through hyperlinks, web services or FTP servers. You fully accept that there may be delays, omissions, errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the information contained on the Website.

1. The PRIIPsHub Website and all Data and any other content herein are the intellectual property of FundConnect A/S.

All the information, content, Data and other materials which are available through this Website or any other derived services based on the content included, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are only entitled to use the Data for client reporting to investors, and the Data may not be used for any other purpose or disseminated to any 3rd party. The delivery of Data to any 3rd party will trigger a license fee; in accordance with the overall commercial conditions that currently prevail within the business framework of FundConnect, at the time of the infraction. You fully acknowledge that any misuse or distribution of Data will require the payment of the appropriate license fees to FundConnect.

You may not decompose, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise deconstruct all or any portion of the Website or Data made available via the Website or any of its points of access.
